There is something truly something extraordinary about a group of diverse and unique women coming together to grow as individuals. It is powerful, beautiful, and awe-inspiring. The women of Alpha Phi are honors students, NCAA athletes, and Valedictorians; they work in Fashion, Film, Research, and Education. Each member has talents that are given the space and resources to flourish here in Alpha Phi.

To prospective members, you have the potential to embark on an amazing journey, and Alpha Phi cannot wait to be a part of it. There are so many feelings of nerves, excitement, and anticipation that make the outcome everything you wanted and more. It can be daunting, but the process can truly help you find yourself and others like you if you let it. My biggest advice is to breathe, be uniquely yourself, and trust the process; you are enough in more ways than one, and if you can’t see that, no one can. Trust yourself, and the rest will follow.

Year after year, we look to fill our chapter with women who not only stand out as uniquely themselves but have the drive and ambition to become a leader of a community. We look to expand with women who lift each other up and push through adversity together.
